Of the many houses I have owned over the years, I have contracted to build five. The last one was built by Phil Stone in Pittsboro’s Potterstone Village. Without a doubt, the design/build process and dealing with Phil has been the best experience of any house I’ve had built.
Phil listens to his customer’s requirements. He offers suggestions and ideas and is quick to modify build plans when appropriate. He keeps his customer informed during the entire construction cycle. He takes pride in his work and builds uncompromising quality into each his homes at a very fair price.
It has been a pleasure dealing with Phil this past year and I recommend him to anyone looking for a new home.
