I’m always tinkering on something. If I don’t stay busy then I pay more attention to how bad I hurt instead of staying busy while  ignoring how bad I hurt.

Anyway I am at a point I need something I cant afford to buy new but can possibly buy used if someone has it. I need a metal shop Lathe with a minimum of a 4 ft bed with at least 6 inches from the center of the chuck to the bed. I can repair most any type of machine shop equipment so if you have one that needs some tlc I can buy cheap please let me know. I am working on the fuel cell and the solar water heater/ air conditioner and my exercise power generator. Each project will need parts turned I cant turn on the small hobby lathe I have now. I have had really good luck with the HHO fuel cell and we have working blueprints on the solar panels. I cant afford to pay a machine shop for trial and error fitting and this is why I need a shop lathe. It would be nice to find a decent end mill or Bridgeport I could grab too.

My projects help me focus and clear my mind. My shop helps me help others and I am trying to make it where I can teach some of what I know to those that need things fixed they cant afford to pay someone to fix. Physically I’m a train wreck but mentally I still have a little brain power left and I would like to share it with others. I have found I can put people that are walking back on wheels so they can get to work. I can still teach people how to service their own car and keep it running smooth.
I’m toying with a dangerous Idea. its dangerous because I don’t know how to fairly implement it. I have those in the automotive repair and parts business I have dealt with for years that know what’s a fair price and what’s not. I can find parts for almost anything on wheels. With that in mind I can get parts for people in need far cheaper than anyone else most times. I have shop angels that will fix a car for nothing or a very small fee for those in real need. We know that giving someone food always helps but give them a way to work or the doctor and you give them back their independence.  I cant physically do the work anymore but I can put two and two together , the shop angel and the person in need. Id like some input on this ?  Any suggestions ?
