You are not the only one fed up with Dominos. The last few times we have ordered from there the pizza tasted like it was reheated. Or when we would get home the order would be wrong. But we also had a problem with coupons there.
Last year at prom the kids received coupons for $5.00 pizzas for the mediums. No expiration dates, quanities or store listed as to where they could be used. When we used them at the Pittsboro store we were charged for the $5.55 price.
I called after we were overcharged and told them about it. They said they didn’t know where the coupons came from but they had not been the one to distribute them. The owner called and apologized but said that he was not taking those coupons and the prices had gone up. He then told me another dominos or the dominos in Siler City must have gave them to Northwood to hand out. Needless to say we had coupons that were useless. I dropped a coupon and my receipt off for the owner to look at because I had plenty left over. And although we got an apology, the difference in the price was not offered back to us. . We didn’t fuss because it was only like a $2.00 difference with the tax but how many others were also overcharged and hadn’t noticed.
Anyhow, I think they need a better communication system with corporate, franchise owners and employees all together. If not I don’t think they won’t last much longer, especially in todays economy when folk hardly go out to eat much anymore to begin with. I definately would rather go where the food tastes fresh and there is no hassle when I am trying to save a penny or two.
