Gee Dan, how about some volunteering opportunities?
There’s a ton out there. I too am off in the summer but have always had the kids to keep me busy. That’s not happening as much anymore so I’m finding opportunities to help some other folks out. I don’t have a pack of friends due to my less than fuzzy personality, but there’s always someone out there who’s glad to see someone, anyone who can lend a hand.
Great idea to have the Booster meeting at the Brewery. Maybe that will increase interest.
I’ll buy the first round.
