Unless you have a lot of power and a lot of money there is nothing that can be done about the McDonalds. Ricky Spoon is the developer and it is coming.
In case you did not know a big strip mall about 46 acres is going in across from Northwood. I personally can not wait for these things to come. That means all my shopping needs and the occasional Happy Meal need will be met within 10 miles of home. Saving me a whole lot of liquid gold (gas).
I will no longer have the need to shop in Apex, which is another county. Therefore all my money spent will be spent in my life long town.
