I want to give a shout out for Cockmans Appliance of Siler City. My freezer stopped working; I called Cockmans; they gave me a couple of things to try but did not work. They then told me they would bring a freezer to me to use until the defective part could be replaced. Tuesday they made the repair and told me to let it run for a day or two and then move all of the food over. Since they let me use a back up freezer I did not loose any of my frozen food.
