Just draining the water table and adding sewage won’t cut it

The question is where are they going to obtain their water? ?30 wells into the water table? Are they going to use cistern systems to contain and use the rain shed by intended impermeable roofs and other surfaces, roads and drives? Are there any provisions for ‘grey water’ reused? How are the homes to dispose of their manure? 30 septic tanks?! Planned for in advance and built into the price structure and the plumbing, these harmful effects can be mitigated. Humans may live there without devastating the woodland and ‘open space’. Just draining the water table and adding sewage won’t cut it.

Neither Nancy nor I could read the fine print on the plat. Maybe the answers are there. This is what we expect our County Commissioners to do so they can make an informed decision and vote on it so we know they have done just that.
