Recently called Chatham Solid Waste Dept C/O dumps being closed on Sunday. Most tax paying citizens do home and yard work on the weekends.
Reasoning. (after explains 4 times that I do know) of shortage of CDL drivers because of his gas lighting). Remember. The trash amount does not decrease ever!
“They” decided to go to a 6 day week opening. ( because of lack of drivers and Left only 4 stations open M – Sat. Any argument I offered was rejected by these attempts at reasoning.

> “there are not enough receptacles to place to hold the trash”. (They have many spares- just put them out! ).
> “ The sites don’t have enough room.” ( Pittsboro has more than enough room! an the land fill itself has room)
>. “The problem is temporary. It will return to normal hours soon.” (TWO DRIVERS JUST QUIT JUST LEAVING ONE). The lack of drivers has become worse and complete failure is eminent.

Are our county commissioners thinking if the fire refuse problem. Their responsibility to provide this county sanitary unavailability.
What do we have to do to solve this problem? . NOW!
