Now that Spring is here, the Bynum Front Porch summer music series is just around the corner! And it’s time to get the historic Bynum General Store ready!
Save the Date – Saturday, April 3 – the spring Bynum Front Porch workday at the Bynum General Store
Do you want to volunteer for the workday efforts? Help get the property spruced up? Do you need to earn community service hours? Bynum Front Porch has scheduled its spring work day for Saturday, April 3, from 9 am to noon. Folks will be working inside and outside the Bynum General Store. There will be some general work as well as flower planting, digging, raking, hammering, cleaning etc.
Students: To get credit for your community hours obtain a form from your school guidance office or online at your school’s website. The form will be signed when you finish. You may come for all 3 hours, or any portion of that time.
*** And we want you to know that Bynum Front Porch is committed to helping everyone stay safe. Folks working outside will be able to maintain social distancing. For those working inside the store, only a handful of folks will be in the store at any given time and everyone will be wearing masks. We have plenty of sanitizer, too.***
Come join the cleanup crew Saturday, April 3. See you then!
