I stopped by to see Greg Lewis unannounced at Chatham Mills to see if I could get a quick video interview of his new restaurant venture.
Despite the fact that he was getting ready to head out the door to do a catering gig, he gave me a quick whirlwind walk-through.
We get to see progress on the upcoming new Sycamore Steakhouse, the Forest Hall banquet area, the yet unnamed lounge and outdoor venue.
