Can someone with DOT (or a pellet gun) put that stoplight at 15-501 and Northwood High out of our misery? There is no traffic coming or going to the school and very little from the east. It stays on red forever for north-south drivers until they lose patience and run it.
What Einstein programmed it that way, regardless of traffic patterns? It should have a few seconds for the occasional drivers from Bojangles’ direction – period.
