When can Chatham County voters cast their ballot on Election Day?
Chatham County residents can vote from 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. on March 3, 2020.

Where can Chatham County residents vote?
Chatham County residents must vote at their assigned precinct on Election Day. If voters are unsure of their precinct, they can visit chathamnc.org/elections or call 919-545-8500.

What if voters missed the deadline to register for the primary election in Chatham County?
There will be no voter registration on primary Election Day, March 3, 2020. However, residents can still register to vote for the general election, November 3, 2020. The registration deadline for the general election is October 9, 2020.

Do residents need a photo ID to vote in Chatham County?
No. Chatham County voters do not need a photo ID to cast their ballot in the 2020 primary election.

Can Chatham County residents vote for candidates of any political party of their choosing during the primary election?
