Subject: Pittsboro Public Hearing TONIGHT

Monday June 10th – TONIGHT!

At tonight’s PBO Board of Commissioners Meeting they will, among other things, have a Public Hearing on the Chatham Park Planned District Development (PDD) Additional Element Open Space Amendment.

Here’s the Agenda:

The Hearing will be before the regular meeting. But, remember what happened at the last meeting where, after the Tree Protection Element had been discussed and changes proposed to be incorporated and practically everyone left, Fiocco pushed forward a vote on the Tree Element anyway, around midnight.

You gotta’ watch ’em and wonder just who some of these commissioners represent, Pittsboro citizens or two rich guys from Wake County.

I know if a certain bookstore ever opens in Chatham Park, I’d love to see what kind of rent it pays. Or if a certain civil engineering company gets any contracts from Chatham Park or their sub-developers.

Just sayin’…
