Good for you, Mark!
Recognize that as you get smaller you will actually require FEWER calories to MAINTAIN the smaller you.
Suggest some arm lifting exercises for strength and make calories come out of fat instead of out of muscle. You can start with just a can of peas in your hand or in a grocery bag.
Please share with chatlist any little “tricks” or techniques or changes that YOU made that worked for YOU. The rest of us might learn some that are useful to us.
Enjoy the new Mark. You will feel different! That scares some people and they will regain weight just to go back to the familiar!
