Subject: Thanks for oustanding Apple/Mac support!!
A shout out for John Roach. After being told (By a major brand name shop in Raleigh) that my wife’s beloved Mac was pretty much history and should be replaced by a new one we hard about John. The three experiences we have had with John have been beyond excellent. His knowledge about everything Mac is incredible. He fixed everything we asked and found additional challenges which he also addressed. Then he took the time to go thru what he did and suggest better ways to address certain issues. He is a great asset to the community. You do have to take your computer to hem and pick it up. He was injured in an accident 15 years ago and has limited mobility. I would not consider taking anything of ours that are Mac related to anyone else. If I can answer any questions you might have feel free to email me.
