Considering a Living Healthy Future. Then plan on attending the Living Healthy Workshop, put life back in your life.
Starting Monday, September 10th, Chatham County Cooperative Extension and Chatham County Council on Aging will be starting a “Living Healthy Workshop” at the Eastern Chatham Senior Center, 365 Hwy 87 N, Pittsboro. The program will run for six weeks and time will be 2:00pm to 4:00pm. With this program, one will learn: find ways to deal with pain and fatigue, explore ways to sleep better; discover better nutrition and exercise choices and many other benefits. There is NO COST to the workshop but registration is required. All participants will receive a Living Healthy guidebook and CD. To register contact Liz Lahti at 919-542-4512 or .
