Subject: Hi Cost of Water in Chapel Ridge Community
Why are residents in Chapel Ridge paying more for water than other communities in Chatham County? The Preserve a sister community is getting their water from Chatham County at a reasonable rate and we are getting water from Pittsboro and sometimes 10 times more. Are new purchasers being told about the high cost of water in the Chapel Ridge Community?
Many of the residents are not watering because of costs. Does anyone have the answer? What was done without the community approval?
