Subject: Briar Chapel Beavers
I would think there is a better way to handle this issue. It may take a little time to find a place to transport the beavers to safe sanctuary so why not try? Cannot the Briar Chapel HOA afford to do the humane thing? I have a small pond but you must be careful not to upset the ecological balance of a body of water. If both male and females are in there they will reproduce beyond natural capacity not to mention harm other species that may have resided there for years. Therefore I do not think “small” ponds are the solution. Surely there must be a place to house these wonderful creatures; I wish I had the answer…
