DARK MIRROR THERAPY-

Everyone knows how any mirror adds depth to a room, a small space or whatever. There is a darker sideto a mirror, if only you will permit it to transmit you to that hidden world. It is not witchcraft. It it not black magic. It is only probing the depths of your inner eye vision. Re-constituting your memory and forgotten images. Not onlydoes it provide you with a few moments of peace and seclusion, it has been known to bring forth new inspiration  and different perspectives on current personal turmoil.

Sit in a darkened room, facing a mirror that is reflecting the outside sky and the oncoming darkness. The outsidelight must always be lighter than the interior.  Seems there is only a thirty minute ‘window’ here. Try to avoid  noise and distraction. Gaze steadily into the mirror, looking at the sky. It is said that images of those that have passed on may appear or visions of things past may be played out. You must concentrate on the sky- that is the  screen- the canvas.  Let yourself wonder if you are really seeing those shadowy, slow motion images or are you  transmitting something from the deep recesses of your mind.

I am not a doctor, witch or warlock . . .

(But I did play one of those in a high school production)
