Subject: Hardest working man I know needs help
I have known JJ since the first grade . JJ was born with hip problems and missed the better part of the second and third grades due to surgery’s to correct his hip . He never gave up and with more health issues he quit early in high school after another surgery and went to work .
He worked at Collins and Aikman from the time he was 18 until they closed the plant . He went to work shortly there after driving a truck . He worked all shifts and all sorts of long hours all his life . He never knew how to stop in fact I don’t know that I have ever seen him stop unless he was so sick he couldn’t walk and that was rare . . He survived a bad wreck and still kept on going .
His health has been going down hill for the last few years and its finally come to him laying in a bed at UNC memorial hospital with stage 4 cancer . He doesn’t deserve this . Hes one of the most softhearted and kind human beings I have ever known . His wife is by his side and shes a rock for him . They don’t have much money and to make it worse their only vehicle quit . I have it here in the shop now with 345,000 miles , a shot rear end and its about to spit the transmission out . Everything I touch on this thing is either broken , busted or just wore out..
I cant work miracles and I need some help for them .. She needs money to travel back and forth to the hospital to be with him . She needs a dependable vehicle to drive back and forth . She needs to be there for him and have money to eat and survive while she does all this for him . The most important thing is he needs her and the grand children need him . If there are any angels out there who can help him ,, I NEED YOU NOW !  Goodnite Mark
