Resistance machines and free weights are both effective for building muscle and increasing strength. However, there are some positives and negatives associated with each approach. Decide whether you are better suited for machines, free weights, or both, depending on your fitness level and experience as well as your weight training goals.
DCFL Fitness Clinics are 30-minute informative sessions on a wide range of health and fitness-related topics. Space is limited – registration is required.
