Thanks Joyful Jewel for responding so promptly to my post about my dissatisfaction with the Hair Fairy at your store.  Your kind offer to reimburse me went above and beyond my expectations for customer care, even though I was compelled to decline it.  However I did call Leslie, the Durham hair fairy, and after a discussion about my fairy hair experience, she was very responsive, offered to redo my fairy hair at her office, which I gladly did yesterday. She was a good fairy.
