CARE’s Pet Responsibility Education Program (PREP) graduated another class of Chatham Charter Knights’ 4th graders October 14, 2015. The 6 week, once a week 50 minute program ended in a celebration with therapy dog team Nan and Maggie joining the students as they pledged lifelong promises of pet responsibility.
