· 13th Annual Easter Egg Hunt & Spring into Safety Event will take place this Saturday, March 28th, 2015 from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. in Pittsboro at CCCC (764 West Street, Pittsboro, NC 27312). This event is free to the public. Hunt times are as follows: ages 0 to 4 at 11:00 a.m., ages 5 to 7 at 11:30 a.m. and ages 8 to 10 at 12:00 (noon). There will be children’s’ games and activities, Kalvin the Klown, bounce houses, local law enforcement agencies, spring safety demonstrations, concessions will be available for

purchase.

· National Walking Day is Wednesday, April 1st, 2015. Chatham County Parks and Recreation along with The Town of Siler City, Pittsboro Parks, Chatham County Health Department, and Chatham County Council on Aging, and Goldston Recreation will be hosting walking events at different locations throughout the county on this day in hopes to encourage everyone to be active and exercise regularly. The first 10 participants to sign in at each location on this day will receive a free t-shirt. The locations and times are as follows:
