Subject: Spay or Neuter your pets for FREE – Offer extended
​CARE (Chatham Animal Rescue and Education) has extended its offer of FREE spay/neuter surgeries for cats and dogs through the end of March. Applications must be postmarked no later than March 31st to be considered.
This free offer is available to Chatham County residents who qualify for CARE’s targeted spay/neuter program, Lillie’s Fund. (Limit of three pets per household; additional pets: $20 co-pay each)
