Vertigo is the sensation of motion, such as spinning, when there is no actual movement. Vertigo can be self-induced by turning in circles quickly and suddenly stopping. This clinic will explore the causes, symptoms, and possible remedies for vertigo.

DCFL Fitness Clinics are 30-minute informative sessions on a wide range of health and fitness-related topics. Space is limited – registration is required.
