We live next to Chicken Bridge and have fewer feathered friends visiting as well.
I asked Rick at Eastgate Wild Bird Center about it and he said that right now there are a lot of berries and nuts for them which may explain it. Maybe hunting season with all of the shooting plays into it as well!
