I have used CenturyLink for several years. We have no Time Warner in our area, and it seemed to be the best choice. The rate is probably about the average. I have been pleased with the speed and service most of the time, but my neighbor absolutely hates CenturyLink and doesn’t feel that they provide good service. They have several users at their house, and I’m the sole user at mine, so that could be the difference.
