Thanks to Al Cooke and all the others who took the time to write to thank him and appreciate his words. So many people have told me they have given up on the Chatlist because of the nasty posts. It is heartening to see that so many Chatlisters will send thanks and appreciation to someone who writes with such a kind heart.

As a therapist I know that kindness and compassion will bring happiness to your heart while judgments and complaining will bring negativity and unhappiness. Who are we to judge others unless we are actually a judge or jury? If we, for example, look at others as being illegal, perhaps we could do something to help them, not just criticize. You’ve heard the sayings such as “What goes around, comes around.” “You will reap what you sow.” Proverbs, “Whoever digs a pit will fall into it, and a stone will come back on him.” Confucius, “When you see a good person, think of becoming like her/him. When you see someone not so good, reflect on your own weak points.”

The more love and appreciation you give to others, the more you will have in your own life. If someone is feeling down and out with a heavy heart and feels they need to learn more about this I would offer a session at Forest Garden with no charge. Just send me an email and we can arrange a time to talk.
