This is too funny. Do a Google search on Ethical Electric Ripoff Report and you will find the company’s founder is connected to MoveOn.org. MaryPhyllis has worshipped at the MoveOn.org altar before and used it for “research”, “information”, etc. It is amazing these lemmings don’t do a simple Google search before they holler, “Amen!”
The premise is fundamentally flawed. “Clean energy” as opposed to “Dirty Electricity”. “Greedy corporations” as opposed to greedy cronies. I wonder if our local biodiesel is still being brewed with dead animal fat, government subsidies, and high end user prices to keep the “cooperative” afloat? Or do we simply raise prices to our well-intentioned diesel vehicle owners who refuse to see the folly of their ways?
All these “alternatives” to “dirty electricity” require a gaggle of followers behind a charismatic “pied piper”. The story of the “Emperor’s New Clothes” is very old but still relevant because of silly people who insist on pretending common sense is out of fashion.
