Subject: Handy Jim and the new roof over our back porch
Hi Chatlisters!
Just a shout out to Handy Jim Nitsch and his fun-loving crew of construction experts. Last week they came over and re-roofed our back porch in only a couple of days, cleaned up after themselves and left us completely prepared for both rain and sun for many years to come. And it didn’t cost us an arm and a leg.
This is something we’d been putting off since we bought the house in 2009 but Jim swooped in, got her done and it was painless.
A few years ago Jim and his crew tore out the rotted floor in our guest bathroom and rebuilt the whole room. He renovated our kitchen, too and we are very pleased with both rooms. Jim is dependable, easy to work with and does a nice job.
