Chatham Park Investors, LLC’s business model is extremely dangerous (emphasis added) for all farmers, ranchers, and woodland owners in North Carolina. Their model: Replace traditional land uses by leapfrogging extremely large, high density developments into rural landscapes. If they are successful at gaining approval for their presently fatally flawed Master Plan and other developers follow their model, kiss our rural heritage good-bye.
