Donna, owner of Bella Donna Italian Restaurant & Pizzeria, submitted a post (list#4867) that should be required reading.
For young adults to retirees.
I agree with her sentiments about folks always asking for “fresh, new (insert your business here)”, but when the games afoot, supporters are hard to find. But, let there be just one perceived “infraction” and all the
loose tongues (and fingers) start running and pointing.
Folks, change IS coming. I say get ahead of the game and embrace it, nurture it, and guide it. Have a say in it, but a thoughtful say. Myself, I probably wont be around to see the final product, but I have been around where poor planning and procrastination lead to patchwork, ugly, under regulated growth and traffic problems….look no further that Apex.
