This month-long fundraiser helps Carolina Tiger Rescue care for nearly 60 animals living at the 55-acre nonprofit sanctuary located just east of Pittsboro.  The rescue is home to tigers, lions, cougars, black leopards, caracals, servals, ocelots, bobcats, binturong, and kinkajous. Annually, over 13,000 people learn about the environment, endangered species, and wildlife conservation by attending tours of the facility.
