Resistance bands make perfect home exercise or vacation fitness tools because they are lightweight and compact. Though resistance bands are light, they still provide a good strength-training workout.  Learn a variety of exercises and ways to use resistance bands in your exercise routine.

DCFL Fitness Clinics are 30-minute informative sessions on a wide range of health and fitness-related topics.  Space is limited – registration is required.  Call DCFL at 919-545-2133 or stop by our Member Services Desk to register.    These clinics are free and open to everyone, so register with a friend!
