Mr. Kish, or whomever your are, what you said about me is totally false.  It is liable and slander and the basis of legal action.  Anyone wanting to join me in a class action against this person, fictional or real, please contact me within 5 days.

While I realize that you may or may not exist, I am sure that Discovery via Civil Procedure will be able to determine who you really are.

To Jane et al -In case you are considering pursuing legal options against me as the Chatlist administrator in your dealings with Taylor.If this is clearly libel then please give me a case citation. That should be extremely easy in a clear cut case. I agree that false information should not be posted but I do not police the Chatham Chatlist, I provide a forum. I have a job and a family. I cannot spend my time checking every fact.

So if you believe it is clear cut all I ask for is a citation.

FYI Jane, if you’re thinking about also threatening me with a lawsuit as the Chatlist administrator I just wanted you to know what my policy is.

Having gone through this several times, I decided a several years ago that I don’t have the time to deal with this kind of cr*p and would rather just have my attorney handle it.

Therefore, ANYONE who has an itch to threaten me with a lawsuit can have your attorney draw up the formal complaint and send it to me at
