Someone should have told you.  Your stream of thoughts in your posts to Randy, PBO Commissioners, and “people who favor Chatham Park” are incoherent and incongruous.  You should seek help before you post.  I write this in love.

Your bias against [your view of] Cary is demeaning.  Many agree with you but that does not make it less demeaning.  I am not in favor of Chatham Park or against it.  I know the existing laws, rules, and regulations will make it almost impossible for Preston Development (or anyone) to succeed.

A lot more people admire and respect Cary than share your views.  But it only takes a few to pretend you are a large number and feel good in your own heads about the nonsense you are pushing.  Cary’s town government and like-minded busybodies have made Cary what it is today.  What YOU are demanding of Pittsboro is EXACTLY what Cary IS!  I actually agree with you what Cary IS and that is why I am in Chatham County.  BUT I believe YOU (and your pittsboromatters ilk) are responsible for helping to make Pittsboro JUST LIKE CARY!

People are moving into Chatham County and PBO in ever increasing numbers for many reasons including the very reasons YOU live here whether or not Chatham Park succeeds in 30 years.  There may be a balance between residential developments (e.g. Briar Chapel, The Preserve, Governor’s Club) and business or we may be out of balance.  Some people think Chatham County is a bedroom community for Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill.  More
residential [bedroom communities] and less business places heavier burden on all homeowners.

There is no shortage of tax money for local government today despite the hurting economy.  Government is NOT hurting relative to the private sector.   Local government scrambles every year to make sure they spend every tax dollar and complain it is not enough.  This condition is, however, unsustainable. Maryphyllis, everybody’s taxes are going up significantly now and unless and until we rein in government.  Although you may be one of the HUGE NUMBER who pay little or no taxes now.

And what is your obvious bigotry of “people coming in will not be of the same mind and preference. . .”?  Is that closed-minded liberalism or what? I am deeply offended by your vile entreats.
