Subject: Memory Screenings in Chatham County

The Alzheimer’s Foundation of America is having a National Memory Screening Day in two locations across Chatham county, the first will take place in  Siler City on Tuesday, November 12th, and the second will be in Pittsboro on Tuesday November 19.

These will be confidential screenings that will give you, the patient, a baseline reading that you can share with your care provider. Screenings take just minutes, and you do not need an appointment.

The screening for Siler City will take place at:
