Should men and women train differently? Will a woman “look like a man” if she lifts weights? Can men benefit from yoga or ballet classes?  Are certain exercise machines made for men and others for women?  In this clinic, you will get the answers to these and other gender/exercise related questions.

DCFL Fitness Clinics are 30-minute informative sessions on a wide range of health and fitness-related topics.  Space is limited – registration is required.  Call DCFL at 919-545-2133 or stop by our Member Services Desk to register.    These clinics are free and open to everyone, so register with a friend!
