The Relationship Between Blood Pressure and Exercise – Wednesday, October 9th, 1pm

A regular exercise routine can lower your blood pressure and prevent hypertension.  In this clinic, you will learn why and how exercise lowers blood pressure.  What happens to blood pressure before, during, and after exercise will also be explored.   The exercise guidelines for maximal benefit will be covered as well.
