Stretching 101 – Wednesday, September 25th, 12 noon

     Stretching is the deliberate lengthening of muscles in order to increase muscle flexibility and joint range of motion. Improving flexibility can help prevent injury. Stretching activities are an important part of any exercise or rehabilitation program.  In this clinic you will learn the benefits of stretching, various forms of stretching, and proper stretching technique.

      DCFL Fitness Clinics are 30-minute informative sessions on a wide range of health and fitness-related topics.  Space is limited – registration is required.  Call DCFL at 919-545-2133 or stop by our Member Services Desk to register.    These clinics are free and open to everyone, so register with a friend!
