Kudos to Leela for her post.
Although I always try to rectify the rare problem that might come up, there is one new business in Pittsboro that will not get even a chance with me, due to an extremely rude interaction with them and parking. In that case, I see no reason to try to rectify the problem…some are not worth a “second chance”..
On the very few occasions with Pittsboro businesses when a quiet complaint has not corrected an ongoing problem, then yea, I see no difference in posting your personal take here as well as on Trip Advisor…
And on that note, a big shout out to our General Store! What a turnaround, and now, once again, a great place to go!
