Subject: Centurylink Issues
Sometime ago, someone posted issues about Centurylink. I thought, how fortunate that I am not having issues.
Well, I spoke too soon! I work from home and so my phone and internet is critical. I have had a contractor for Centurylink come out, and 10 minutes later, it stops working again. I have escalated the issue with Corporate Support and can expect a response back next week.
Someone had posted an email to someone who fixed their situation quickly and provided great service doing so. I need this email address please!
I have a temporary fix, but it is completely unstable at this point, and can only expect that it will go out again soon. Honestly, I don’t know what I am doing, so that’s why this temp fix is unstable, but hey it works for now and enables me to work. Someone please help me!
