Subject: Dogs off chains
Is this just for ‘outside’ dogs?
I’ll be damned if someone “took” my dogs, But they are ‘inside’ dogs and are never outside without supervision.
But then are tethered to my porch…
Can someone (through the Chatlist, I will in turn delete emails, I know how some people on here feel they need to be nasty to get a point across) enlighten a bit on who will be affected?
