Subject: The “Tarheel Traveler” travels to Chatham Community Library tonight!

Join us for an evening with WRAL-TV’s Scott Mason, aka the “Tarheel Traveler.” Scott, a 28-year TV journalism veteran, has been traveling the highways and byways of the Old North State since 1999 collecting stories of the weird and the wonderful alike. He will share some of his favorites with us Wednesday, June 12 at 7 pm in the Holmes Meeting Room at Chatham Community Library. Refreshments will be served. The program is free and open to the public.

A brief meeting of the Friends of the Chatham Community Library will precede the program. This event is made possible by the Friends of the Chatham Community Library and a grant from the North Carolina Humanities Council, a statewide nonprofit and affiliate of the National Endowment for the Humanities. For more information, contact the library at (919) 545-8084.
