A kettlebell is a cast-iron weight (resembling a cannonball with a handle) used to perform exercises that combine cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training. This introduction to kettlebells clinic explores the science behind using kettlebells, shows you how to use kettlebells safely, then takes you through a kettlebell workout.
