A cash mob is a gathering of people at a specific local business with the intent to make purchases. The purpose of a cash mob is to support independent, locally-owned businesses.
Bring $20 to spend at a specific business. The business to be cash mobbed will be announced that morning.
Entrepreneurs and small business owners are an important addition to Siler City’s community. By shopping at an independently owned local business, money spent stays in the community instead of going to an out of state corporation.
The Rotary Courtyard is located next to Courtyard Coffee and Soda Café at 223 N. Chatham Ave. The SILER CITY CASH MOB group will meet at Courtyard Coffee after the cash mob to grab a drink. The Siler City Cash Mob is hosted by the SILER CITY MERCHANTS ASSOCIATION.
