You can’t look back and evidently no one wants to look forward.
From what I remember SH cost over $1 billion 25 years ago and now $1 mil/day. That + operations and maintenance. That money buys a lot of solar, wind and other generation alternatives + conservation doesn’t hurt either. I could blame it on our leaders but I blame on the people paying for it. You pay for what you get (and so do the lobbyists).. I like to think that it is never too late.
