Subject: Health Fair Sponsored by Goldston Lions & Goldston United Methodist Church
Sponsored by the Lions Club and GUMC – we are going to have a HEALTH FAIR on May 21 from 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. This is the same day as our Senior Lunch – agencies participating – Chatham Cares, Council on Aging, Fire Marshall, Health Department, Sheriff’s Department, Chatham Hospital (UNC Well Care), Siler City Rehab (Alzheimer’s), Caregiver Support Group, Goldston Fire Dept. This is our 3rd Tuesday Senior Lunch also, please join us! Our guest speaker at lunch is Cindy Julich from Community Family Med.
The Lions will be collecting old glasses and hearing aids to recycle for in need.
We will also have a collection site for those old medications that have expired or you don’t use anymore that you would like to dispose of.
We will be collecting canned food for CORA also….
