Gonna throw my two cents in on Lowe’s debate..just for the record, we have bought several items, including a fridge, from them and have had no problems.
The few times we have encountered any problems, they have been both quick and efficient in making it right.
I can also say I witnessed their store manager deal with an extremely agitated and angry man one day, and can honestly say the manager went above and beyond in trying to remedy the situation..he showed much understanding, and a mighty amount of patience with a person who had actually become abusive in his remarks.
My vote,for what it’s worth, is that we will continue to frequent them.
